About Reward Points

• Reward points do not become available for use until a day after your order is delivered to you. This means your reward points remain pending for a day.
• Reward credits remain pending in case the order is cancelled or returned. Peding points cannot be used as a payment menthod.
• Once the reward points become available (=Total Reward Points Earned - Points used - Points pending), you can use them like cash to pay for any purchases.
